經歷： 1.臺灣心理學會秘書長（2019 ~ 迄今）， 2.臺灣應用心理學會理事（2018 ~ 迄今）， 3.高雄醫學大學附設醫院臨床醫學研究部兼任研究員（2017 ~ 迄今） ， 4.國立宜蘭大學生命教育研究室諮詢委員（2016 ~ 迄今） ， 5.高雄醫學大學正向心理學中心顧問（2014 ~ 迄今）。

研究興趣與專長： 本土心理學、社會/性格心理學、正向心理學。
研究主題:華人上下關係（權威取向、師生關係）、華人幸福之道。

Experience: 1. Secretary-General of the Taiwan Psychological Association (2019 to date), 2. Director of the Taiwan Applied Psychology Association (2018 to date), 3. Adjunct researcher in the clinical medical research department of the hospital attached to Kaohsiung Medical University (2017 to date), 4. National Advisory member of the Life Education Research Laboratory of Yilan University (2016 ~ so far), 5. Advisor to the Center for Positive Psychology of Kaohsiung Medical University (2014 ~ so far).

Research interests and expertise: Indigenous psychology, social character psychology, forward psychology.
Research topics: Chinese context (authority orientation, teacher-student relationship), Chinese happiness.
