張瀞文Jing-Wen Zhang

現職： 台師大社會教育系博士班三年級、本初愛成人學習系統創始人與導師，AOMaroma芳療養生公司創始人與執行長。

學歷： 台師大社會教育系碩士1999畢業

經歷： 自1999年取得台師大社會教育系碩士學位後，即開始成為『單幹』的成人教育工作者，自主設計課程，在各個不同機構開課，同時在台、馬、中國大陸出版將近十本書籍，並撰寫專欄，主持廣播節目，並將觀點轉化理論設計程親子共讀課程，又轉換成電視兒童節目，多年來經營多元工作型態，歷經台灣、馬來西亞與中國大陸的工作經驗至今滿20年，建構出本初愛成人學習系統。

研究興趣與專長： 成人學習心理學，成人學習課程設計，中醫養生，芳香療法，董氏針灸

Education: Master of Social Education, National Taiwan Normal University, 1999

Experience: Since obtaining a master's degree from the Department of Social Education of National Taiwan Normal University in 1999, he has become an “educator” of adult education. He has independently designed courses and taught courses in various institutions. Books, and writing columns, hosting radio programs, and designing perspective-conversion theories and designing parent-child reading courses, and turning them into TV children's programs. He has operated a variety of work types for many years. After working in Taiwan, Malaysia, and mainland China, he has over 20 years of work experience. In 1949, the first love adult learning system was constructed.
