現職： 中央研究院民族學研究所研究員、國立台灣大學心理學系合聘教授、Hong Kong Gratia Christian College心理學院榮譽教授、台灣心理學會理事長。

學歷： 國立台灣大學心理學研究所博士班畢業 1992

經歷： 中央研究院民族學研究所副所長、行政院科技部心理學門召集人、中華心理衛生學刊主編、Asian Journal of Social Psychology, Associate Editor。

研究興趣與專長： 本土心理學、性格心理學、社會心理學；研究主題: 華人親子關係與青少年適應發展、高齡照顧。
