Yung-Jong Shiah
Explore: The Journal of Science and Healing(SCI)(此領域著名與重要期刊(新近探索治療與科學),目前只有這本期刊是SCI),其中研究成果也獲邀前往2014年3月2629日在葡萄牙Porto 舉行的Bial Foundation Symposium(主題為Behind and Beyond the Brain),口頭發表此研究結果。

My current series of research is based on the wisdom in our cultural heritage and the Dharma as the source of imagination, to construct theories and applications of psychology of self-cultivation in our society, and it can also be applied to western culture. Universal theory. The research is divided into two parts, the actual research and the construction of related theories towards the establishment of the autonomous social science and academic disciplines of the Chinese. The combination of Dharma and psychology can start from the perspective of non-conventional (unconventional) physical and mental science and traditional (conventional or mainstream) physical and mental science. Improve our health, happiness and complete life. More than 50 journal articles have been published (for details, please refer to https://www.researchgate.net/profile/Yung-Jong_Shiah). The academic research content is briefly explained as follows:
1. Towards the establishment of an autonomous social science and academic unity for the Chinese: linking wisdom and social science in cultural heritage
Dharma as the source of imagination to complete the world's first complete explanation of Dharma's psychological theory, and has won the world's largest academic publishing house Springer publishing contract, publishing the Dharma-based psychotherapy theory English book. Evidence-based research is used to verify that religious belief and practice can bring meaning to life; and to verify the significance of self-cultivation to improve health and happiness. This series of continuous research is mainly to solve the very basic in religious beliefs, but it is also important to solve a major controversy in past research: Will religious beliefs and practice improve health? Such a series of studies is also based on previous researches. I propose that the key reason to promote health is to bring meaning to life in religious belief and practice. On this basis, it is explained that there is a very important relationship between belief, conviction, meaning of life, cultivation, happiness, and health, so as to bring out more complicated discussions, such as the relationship between Dharma and health. Another important research result is that it has been published that supporting long-term meditation proposed by Buddhism with brain wave and heartbeat variability can bring emotional stability.
2. Establish unconventional body and mind research theory and guide research directions
Establish unconventional body-mind research theory, obtain research funding support from important international foundations, and attract international heavyweight researchers to work together to verify this theory and guide research directions. Non-traditional body and mind science may face more questions and controversies. My breakthrough approach is to invest the research results in this area into internationally recognized rigorous SSCI or SCI journals. First establish a non-traditional body-mind research theory to guide the research direction, and write a research plan to successfully win the fiercely competitive international research funding support. In the Dharma, I think the most non-traditional theme worth studying is the effect of compassion, especially blessing is one of the most important phenomena and effects of compassion. In short, blessing claims to transmit blessing power to all things. Current research results in this area The theoretical construction of the mechanism of how to receive has been completed. This publication proposes a new research category that has attracted the attention of the international community in this field, and some scholars have begun to verify the theory I have proposed.
Based on this theory, I got the European Bial Foundation research project in 2011 (to explore good ideas, such as: the impact of blessings and blessings (a way of compassion) on others), which is an internationally encouraged study of non-traditional spiritual correlations The largest source of funding for research, including about 250 applications from international scholars in 2011, and about 27% of the projects received funding. My research case is the first Chinese research grant case approved by the foundation. (See: https://www.bial.com/en/bial_foundation.11/grants.18/previous_editions.74/2010_grants.a177.html), the results of this research were published in Explore: The Journal of Science and Healing in 2013 (SCI) (Famous and important journal in this field (newly explored treatment and science), currently only this journal is SCI), and the research results are also invited to the Bial Foundation Symposium (theme (Behind and Beyond the Brain), the results of this study. The domestic Fuzhi Culture and Education Foundation also invited me to give a special report at the Symposium on Spiritual Education and Environmental Sustainability held on November 1-2, 2014. The current follow-up research plan is a further research plan, and it has also been awarded Europe again. Bial Foundation grants for 2015 and 2018 (approximately 360 applications for international scholarships each year, and about 20% of the plans receive grants) to continue exploring how we can accept blessings and blessings (see: https:/www.bial.com/en/bial_foundation.11/grants.18/previous_editions.74/2014_grants.a490.html). A few days ago, the Bial Foundation invited me to the Bial Foundation Symposium, which was held in Porto, Portugal on April 4-7, 2018.
