    從碩士迄今，長期研究創造力及員工協助方案，已有多篇著作發表於國內外期刊，如Leadership & Organization Development Journal (SSCI)、R &D Management (SSCI)、Intelligence (SSCI)、Industrial Management & Data System (SCI)、Decision Support Systems (SCI)、Journal of Computer Information Systems (SCI)、台大管理論叢 (TSSCI)、產業與管理論壇(TSSCI)、教育心理學報 (TSSCI)、測驗學刊 (TSSCI)、交大管理學報 (TSSCI)、資訊管理學報 (TSSCI)等，且每年積極參與國內外相關學術交流研討會；10多年來每年皆參與國科會計畫，並連續幾年獲得國科會甲種獎助。

    From the master's degree to the present, he has long studied creativity and employee assistance programs, and has published many books in domestic and foreign journals, such as Leadership & Organization Development Journal (SSCI), R & D Management (SSCI), Intelligence (SSCI), Industrial Management & Data System (SCI), Decision Support Systems (SCI), Journal of Computer Information Systems (SCI), National Taiwan University Management Theory Series (TSSCI), Industry and Management Forum (TSSCI), Educational Psychology Newspaper (TSSCI), Test Journal (TSSCI), Jiaotong University Management Journal (TSSCI), Journal of Information Management (TSSCI), etc., and actively participate in relevant academic exchange seminars at home and abroad every year; for more than 10 years, he has participated in the National Science Accounting Painting, and has been awarded the National Science Association A prize for several consecutive years.
