學歷： University of Pennsylvania, USA 　Ph.D. 1993-1998 Psychology and Education， 國立台灣大學學士　 1988-1992 心理學。

經歷： 衛生署管制藥品審議委員會委員（2006年～2010年）， 宜蘭縣毒品危害防制中心諮詢委員（2009年~2012年） ， 台灣青少年犯罪防治研究學會理事（2008年~2011年） ， 台灣性教育學會理事（2007年~2011年） ， 國立臺灣師範大學健康中心副主任（2007年~2008年）， Associate Professor, National Taiwan Normal University, 2006-2009， Assistant Professor, National Def。
