朱建民Jien-Ming Jue

經歷： 台灣大學哲學研究所碩士，美國南伊利諾大學哲學研究所博士。在學術專業方面，早期以宋明理學為主、中期轉以實用主義、後期則深入發展應用倫理學。 朱建民教授曾任華梵大學校長、中央大學終身榮譽教授、東吳大學哲學系客座教授、東吳大學端木愷講座教授，教學及研究能力備受讚揚；除了學術研究外，亦全力投身台灣通識教育工作的發展，不斷推動台灣通識教育的重大改革。

研究興趣與專長： Jien-Ming Jue
Bachelor and Master in Philosophy from National Taiwan University and Ph. D in Philosophy from Southern Illinois University. In terms of academic majors, he focused on Song and Ming Confucianism in the early stage, pragmatism in the middle stage, and applied ethics in the later stage.
     Professor Jue Jien-Ming has served as the president of Huafan University, a lifetime honorary professor of National Central University, a visiting professor of the Department of Philosophy of Soochow University, and a Duan Mukai Chair Professor of Soochow University. His teaching and research capabilities are highly praised; in addition to academic research, he has also devoted himself to general education in Taiwan The development of Taiwan has continuously promoted major reforms in general education in Taiwan.
