張德聰Te-Chung Chang

經歷： 國立台灣師範大學教育心理與輔導研究所博士。曾任空中大學教務長、生活科學系主任、「張老師」基金會執行長、救國團主任、中華心理衛生協會理事長、台灣諮商輔導學會理事長等。 著有《諮商技術訓練手冊》、《團體輔導》、《生涯輔導》、《張德聰的自助舒壓手冊（上）：美好人生的心理維他命》等無數著作，將寶貴的諮商實務經驗，以深入簡出的方式傳承；對團體輔導、學習輔導、壓力管理等多個領域皆有深刻且重要的影響。

研究興趣與專長： Te-Chung Chang
Ph. D in Educational Psychology and Counseling from National Taiwan Normal University. He has served as the Dean of the National Open University, the Dean of the Life Sciences Department, the CEO of the Teacher Chang Foundation, the Chairman of the Chinese Mental Health Association, Secretary General of the Chinese Counseling Association, Taiwan Career Development and Consulting Association, and Social Ethics Association.
He has co edited and wrote countless books such as "Consulting Technical Training Manual", "Group Counseling", "Career Counseling", "Zhang Decong's Self Relief Manual (Part I): Psychological Vitamins for a Better Life", etc. He passed on his experiences in a simple way and has a profound and important impact on many fields such as group counseling, learning counseling, and stress management.
