王精文Ching-Wen Wang

現職： 國立中興大學企業管理學系特聘教授兼副校長

學歷： 國立交通大學管理科學研究所博士與碩士

經歷： 曾任中興大學管理學院院長、中興大學企管系系主任、EMBA執行長。 王精文教授專精於企管領域的研究及實務工作，長年參與工業技術研究所、經濟部、教育部之重要研究，著有《人力資源管理：全球經驗本土實踐》，針對台灣人力資源管理如何有計畫的選材、育才、用才、留才，提出涵攝本土的理論觀點，將寶貴的實務經驗實踐於台灣的企業管理發展。

研究興趣與專長： Ching-Wen Wang is the Distinguished professor and vice president of the Department of Business Management of National Chung Hsing University. Her previous positions and services include Dean of the School of Management of Chung Hsing University, Dean of the Department of Business Management of Chung Hsing University, and Executive Director of EMBA.
Professor Wang specializes in research and practical work in the field of business management. She has participated in important research by the Industrial Technology Research Institute, the Ministry of Economics, and the Ministry of Education for many years. To the local resource management, she purposed the theory of selects, cultivates, employs, and retains talents. Putting valuable practical experience into practice in Taiwan's business management development.
