山谷敬三郎Keizaburo Yamaya

現職： 北翔大學教育與文化研究所教授兼北翔大學校長與北翔短期大學校長，曾任北翔大學生涯學習研究所所長、副校長，「日本高等教育評価機構」理事、「北海道青少年育成協會」理事與副会長。Professor at the Institute of Education and Culture at Hokusho University, president of Hokusho University and Hokusho Junior College, former directvgfor and vice-president of the Lifelong Learning Institute of Hokusho University, director of the Japan Higher Education Agency, and director and Vice President of the Hokkaido Youth Education Association.
