黃光國 Kwang-Kuo Hwang, PhD
美國夏威夷大學社會心理學博士。現任臺灣大學心理學系榮譽教授/國家講座教授/中華本土社會科學會榮譽理事長/世界本土諮商心理學推動聯盟榮譽主席。曾任國科會特約研究員、台大講座、傑出人才講座、傅斯年紀念講座及教育部國家講座教授、亞洲心理學會會長(2003-2005)、國科會卓越計畫主持人,亞洲本土及文化心理學會會長(2000-2015)、海峽交流基金會顧問及總統府國策顧問。研究興趣與專長為華人自主社會科學之倡導者,致力於結合東、西文化,以科學哲學作為基礎,發展本土社會心理學。學術專著有《知識與行動:中華文化傳統的社會心理詮釋》、《社會科學的理路》、《儒家關係主義:哲學反思、理論建構與實徵研究》、《內聖與外王:儒家思想的完成與開展》、《盡己與天良:破解韋伯的迷陣》、《Foundations of Chinese Psychology》《Culture-Inclusive Theories : An Epistemological Strategy》以及中英文學術論文一百餘篇,曾獲得國科會傑出研究獎三次、優良研究獎十餘次、教育部國家講座兩次。
Hwang Kwang-Kuo is the founder of Research Center for Cultural China. He retired from National Taiwan University, and is currently National Chair Professor, awarded by the Ministry of Education, Republic of China. Professor Hwang has endeavored to promote the indigenization movement of social sciences in Chinese society since 1980s. He has published more than 150 articles on related issues in addition to eight books including Foundations of Chinese Psychology: Confucian Social Relations and Culture-inclusive theories: An Epistemological Strategy. He is past president of Asian Association of Indigenous and Cultural Psychology (2010-2014), and Asian Association of Social Psychology (2003–2005).
李嗣涔 Si-Chen Lee, PhD
國立臺灣大學電機系學士,美國史丹福大學電機系碩士及博士。曾任台大電機系教授、台大電機系系主任、台大教務長、美國史丹福大學訪問教授、亞太大學交流協會(UMAP)理事長、國立大學校院協會理事長,以及國立台灣大學校長。並於美國ECD公司擔任研究員,主要研究GaAs/AlGaAs異質接面元件的研究。1980年到1982年間於Energy Conversion Devices Inc.工作,從事非晶矽太陽電池的開發,李嗣涔先生於1982年返臺,於臺大電機系擔任副教授。主要研究半導體領域,為臺灣早期研究非晶矽的學者,亦為國際電機電子工程學會會士(IEEE Fellow),在該領域有一定聲望。後來應臺灣國家科學委員會主委陳履安等人的邀請轉入氣功、特異功能方面的研究。耗費25年心血,投入手指識字、念力等特異功能的科學實證研究。
林聰明 Tsong-Ming Lin, PhD
現任南華大學校長,雲林縣台西人,畢業於美國Clemson大學工業管理博士,歷任雲林科技大學校長近8年,其勇於任事性格、卓越領導能力深獲好評,2009年2月受邀入閣擔任教育部政務次長職務,2013年1月辭卸次長職務,任職南華大學校長,積極投入推動生命教育、環境永續、智慧創新及三好校園,除個人獲頒生命教育績優人員外,南華大學亦獲選為生命教育特色大學,並獲教育部遴選設立國家級生命教育中心。林聰明校長不僅學養俱豐,且相當關心地球暖化、身心靈環保、蔬食愛地球及永續發展等議題,2012獲得聯合國氣候變遷框架公約會員國頒發全球永續發展英雄獎殊榮,並獲頒教育部一等教育文化專業獎章。
Kristján Kristjánsson, PhD
Kristján Kristjánsson is currently the Editor of Journal of Moral Education (SSCI)
His research orientation can best be summed up as that of Aristotle-inspired philosophical scrutiny of theories in educational psychology and values education, with special emphasis on the notions of character and virtuous emotions. He has written extensively on themes in general education, moral education, educational psychology, moral philosophy and political philosophy, and sees himself essentially as a bridge-builder between philosophy and social science.
Kristjánsson is the author of Social Freedom: The Responsibility View (C.U.P., 2006), Justifying Emotions: Pride and Jealousy (Routledge, 2002), Justice and Desert-Based Emotions (Ashgate, 2006), Aristotle, Emotions and Education (Ashgate, 2007), The Self and Its Emotions (C.U.P., 2010), Virtues and Vices in Positive Psychology (C.U.P., 2013) and Aristotelian Character Education (Routledge, 2015), the last of which was voted the best research monograph in Education in 2015 by the British Society of Education Studies. Kristjánsson has published over 100 articles in international journals and has recently taken over as editor of Journal of Moral Education.
He has been a Visiting Fellow at Cornell University, University of Konstanz, St. Edmund’s College (Cambridge University) and Institute of Education (University of London). In 1997, he was elected the Young Humanities Scholar of the Year by the Icelandic Council of Science, and in 2011 he was presented with the Ása Guðmundsdóttir Wright Award, the most prestigious scholarly award given annually to an Icelandic academic across the Sciences and Humanities.
岡田守弘Morihiro Okada. M.A. (Education),

Professor Morihiro Okada is the Emeritus Professor of Yokohama National University. He had taught the educational psychology, school psychology, and school counseling in Yokohama National University for over 30 years. He trained many students to be the school psychologist or the clinical psychologist. Professor Okada also was the director and the vice president of the Japanese Association of School Psychologist for a long time. In Japan, a lot of scholars approve that he was the one who made the foundation of Japanese school counseling systems. Currently, Professor Okada is educating students at University of Tokyo Health Sciences and is the director of School Corporation Joyo Gakuen. Professor Morihiro Okada has been organizing a research team in collaboration with the Yokohama City Board of Education to bring up the social skills of children, and to develop the Educational Instruction Program (Yokohama Program). In recent years, it is practiced by 96% of elementary schools, and improve teacher's practical skills and make the school a friendly atmosphere in the Yokohama area.
芳川玲子 Reiko Yoshikawa, MD, PhD
日本東海大學心理社會學科教授,具證照之臨床心理師與學校心理師督導。研究專長為兒童與青少年拒學議題、學習輔導與諮商、生涯輔導與諮商。著有多本專書,包括臨床心理學的研究發展趨勢、心理脆弱性與青少年拒學問題、學校心理師實務工作等
Dr. Yoshikawa, who has Qualifications of Certified Public Psychologist, Clinical Psychologist, Certified School Psychologist-Supervisor and is the director of The Japanese Organization of Certifying and Managing School Psychologist. Dr. Yoshikawa is active in two areas. First, she is the professor of the Tokai University School and Social Studies Department of Psychological and Sociological Studies. She teaches school counseling and psychological assessment. She has several papers about school refusal, which is a serious issue in Japanese schools. She also is a supervisor in many public educational center and adaptive classes for non-attending students in Kanagawa area. Second, Dr. Yoshikawa is the clinical psychological department advisor in foundation hospital and has engaging many mental health counseling at there. In Yokohama Program, she devises the students support meetings systems with the members of the Yokohama City Board of Education.

Dr. Tan currently serves as a senior lecturer at Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (“UTM”). She is the course coordinator of the Counselling Post-Graduate Programme under the School of Education, Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities, UTM. Dr Tan started her career as a private practitioner in 2000. In 2003, she was appointed a part-time lecturer for a diploma counselling programme for working adults in New Era College University (“NECU”). She later joined NECU in 2005 as the Counselling Department Head and established the 2+2 Guidance and Counselling Bachelor Degree Twinning Programme with the support and help from the management of NECU.
At the same time, she led the Counselling Centre of NECU and was actively involved in promoting mental health among students and the teaching staff of NECU. Following her passion in counsellor education, Dr. Tan pursued and completed her doctorate degree in Guidance and Counselling end of 2014. She joined the PERMATA National Gifted Centre at National University of Malaysia as a lecturer in 2015, before joining UTM in 2018. Dr. Tan considers it a privilege to have the opportunity to embark on a journey with people who may have encountered problems in their lives, be it loss and grief, family and work-related stresses, or mental illness. She adopts a humanistic and systemic approach in counselling, and believes that the beauty of counselling and therapy lies in the creation of a safe and distil environment where people can face their intra- and inter-relational conflicts. Apart from providing counselling to those in need, Dr. Tan is also actively engaged in teaching and training mental health professionals and para-professionals at the university and community level, as well as research. Her research interest involves crisis and disaster relief, counselling ethics, elderly care and marriage and family. Dr. Tan is a strong advocate of community assistance programmes, and have been actively involved in promoting and developing such programmes. She has also helped non-profit and non-government organizations in setting up their para-professional training schemes and services throughout her career. One of Dr. Tan’s favourite quotes is Kierkegaard’s “life is not a problem but a reality to be experienced”.
Putting these words into practice, Dr. Tan embraces life with open arms, regardless of its ups and downs.
葉光輝
Kuang-Hui Yeh, PhD
Doctor Yeh is now a research fellow at the Institute of Ethnology in Academia Sinica and a joint-appointment professor of Psychology Department with the National Taiwan University. He has been exploring indigenous conceptualizations, theories, and paradigms for understanding Chinese family interactions and their impact on individual development and adaptation since 1985. In his recent publications, he proposed the Dual Filial Piety model and the Dual Autonomy Model in Chinese people. He had been the chief editor or associate editor of the Formosa Journal of Mental Health; Chinese Journal of Psychology; Asian Journal of Social Psychology. He received SU Shiang-Yeu Doctorate Dissertation Award, Chinese Psychological Association, 1992; Misumi Award, AASP, Best Article 2003 and Best Contribution Award 2004; Significant Research Achievement of Academia Sinica, 2006, 2008; Distinguished Research Award of National Science Council, 2007. He authored books "The Filial Piety of Chinese people: A psychological perspective (2008)" and "Cultivation of Chinese Characters from a perspective of Parent-children Network (2017)"; Editor-in-chief of books “Family Psychology: Exploration and Application of Systemic Thinking Perspective”(1999), “Affect, Emotion, and Culture: Anthropological and Psychological Studies in Taiwanese Society”(2002), “Chinese Indigenous Psychology in Global Context: Reflections and Future Direction”(2013), “Asian Indigenous Psychologies in the Global Context” (2019), and “Global Psychology from Indigenous Perspectives: Visions Inspired by K. S. Yang”(2020).
林安梧An-Wu Lin, PhD
台灣大學第一位哲學博士,著名哲學家、宗教學家。先後擔任台灣清華大學教授暨通識教育中心主任、台灣師範大學教授,慈濟大學宗教與人文研究所所長,慈濟大學宗教與人文研究所教授、元亨書院院長、台灣慈濟大學人文社會科學院院長、山東大學儒家文明協同創新中心傑出海外訪問學者及儒學高等研究院客座教授,山東大學易學及中國古代哲學研究中心特聘教授。林安梧教授對於儒家及新儒家有著極為專業的研究,發展出許多對新儒家的獨到觀點,並關注儒學的現代適應性問題,不斷深研哲學治療學之可能;除了研究外,在推動民間書院講學之風也不遺餘力,曾以普通話及閩南語開講《四書》《金剛經》《易經》《道德經》等!並深入探討臺灣儒、釋、道文化之繼承與發展,在中華文化的保留及傳承有著舉足輕重的地位。
